Simon Glass a5b8722532 x86: Add an accelerated memmove() function 
Bring in a faster memmove() from Linux 4.7. This speeds up scrolling on the
display.

Gabe Black dbaef6ef33 x86: Import the glibc memset implementation 
The new implementation is about twice as fast as the old. This is from
glibc-2.14, sysdeps/i386/memset.c.
