Po-Yu Chuang 44c6e6591c rename _end to __bss_end__ 
Currently, _end is used for end of BSS section.  We want _end to mean
end of u-boot image, so we rename _end to __bss_end__ first.

Nobuhiro Iwamatsu b52da2aed8 sh: Add KEEP order to start.o section 
The start.o section is changed by --gc-section option of ld.
Of this using KEEP order, therefore, evade this problem.
