181bd9dc61 kconfig: add config option for shell prompt
Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate
boards globally.

The migration is done as follows:
- Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the
entry moved to their defconfig files.
- Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the
  CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT
right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone.
- This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h
files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and
  includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common,
  ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common.
- Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were
not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that
since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever
  the default is.
- On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some
  <boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common,
  bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and
omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files.
- The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for
  assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT.

bf637ea5e4 exynos: config: Move common options to the common headers and tidy up
Many options are duplicated on the exynos5 boards. Move these to the common
files. Also some options are not used so can be removed.

Tidy this up to make the files easier to maintain.

c9bb942e2f Move default y configs out of arch/board Kconfig
Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.

Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.

A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

SPIFLASH
DISPLAY_BOARDINFO

6622378786 Exynos: Move down common USB configuration
USB is a pretty common feature on exynos 5 board, so it seems sensible
to configure it directly from exynos5-common. As a side-effect this
makes USB available from u-boot on exynos 5420 based boards.

While there enable support for common USB ethernet cards to make it more
likely the default config allows booting for network and enable XHCI on
SMDK5420 which has it defined in the dts but not in its config.

43900da886 config: exynos5420: move non common configs to specific board files
The media for boot and environment is a board-specific feature, not a
processor-specific. This is same to console port number and some
other addresses. This patch moves the that kinds of configs to each
board-specific files from the common config file for Exynos5420.

43581c8338 Config: Exynos5420: Refactor SDRAM Bank and Size
Since, not every board may have all memory channels configured
and all available banks of DMC used, we wish to refactor configs
for Memory Bank size and numbers as per board memory config.
For Example, Peach-Pit has 2GB memory and will be using only 4 banks
but Peach-Pi has 3.5GB memory and will be using all 7 available
SDRAM banks.

4c7bb1d2e0 exynos: Rename -dt config files to -common
We want exynos5250-dt.h to be a board which can support any exynos5250
device. This matches the naming used by Linux. As a first step, rename
the existing -dt files to -common to make it clear they are common files,
and not specific boards.

8e4ab1d582 Exynos5420: Introduce support for the Peach-Pit board
While the Exynos5420 chip is used in both Smdk5420 and in the Peach-Pit
line of devices, there could be other boards using the same chip, so a
common configuration file is being added (exynos5420.h) as well
as two common device tree files (exynos54xx.dtsi & exynos5420.dtsi).

The peach board as declared in boards.cfg is a copy of smdk5420
declaration. The configuration files are similar, but define different
default device trees, console serial ports and prompts.

The device tree files for smdk5420 and peach-pit inherit from the same
common file.

0fcac1abde SPL: EXYNOS: Prepare for variable size SPL support
When variable size SPL is used, the BL1 expects the SPL to be
encapsulated differently: instead of putting the checksum at a fixed
offset in the SPL blob, prepend the blob with a header including the
size and the checksum.

The enhancements include
	- adding a command line option, '--vs' to indicate the need for the
	variable size encapsulation
	- padding the fixed size encapsulated blob with 0xff instead of random
	memory contents
	- do not silently truncate the input file, report error instead
	- no need to explicitly closing files/freeing memory, this all happens
on exit; removing cleanups it makes code clearer
	- profuse commenting
	- modify Makefile to allow enabling the new feature per board
