Defined __io is no-op for the SH architecture and it can be removed
from board files without any functional change.

but I do not see such defines anywhere. Remove.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
