CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.

Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value
different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here
as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior.

We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }
in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in
the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its
own table.

This renames BOARD_LATE_INIT to CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INIT.
Along the way it removes some leftover
#define BOARD_LATE_INIT 1
and adds some basic documentation for board specific
callbacks in README.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

There is more and more usage of printing 64bit values,
so enable this feature generally, and delete the
CONFIG_SYS_64BIT_VSPRINTF and CONFIG_SYS_64BIT_STRTOUL
defines.

This sets CONFIG_SYS_HZ to 1000 as required, and completely rewrites
timer code, which is now both correct and much smaller. Unused
functions like udelay_masked() have been removed as no driver uses
them, even the ones that are not currently active for this board.
mtu.h is copied literally from the kernel sources.

The evaluation kit has both Nand and OneNand, both drivers are there
and the two configurations only select a different default for the
jffs partition. This adds the OneNand driver and cleans up storage.
