Enables support for SPI SPL, QSPI and Spansion serial flash device
on the EVM. Configures pin muxes for QSPI mode.

Upon further inspection of relevant parts of the architecture, the
maximum SPL binary size is 220KiB.

Add the support for the am437x xhci usb host.
The xHCI host on AM437 is connected to a usb2 phy so need to
add support to enable those clocks.
