We convert CONFIG_PARTITION_UUIDS to Kconfig first. But in order to cleanly
update all of the config files we must also update CMD_PART and CMD_GPT to also
be in Kconfig in order to avoid complex logic elsewhere to update all of the
config files.

Move CONFIG_SDHCI to Kconfig and rename it to CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI.
My motivation for the rename is, ultimately, to make all the MMC
options prefixed with MMC_ and SDHCI options with MMC_SDHCI_,
like Linux.

Commit 7a777f6d6f ("mmc: Add generic Kconfig option") created
a Kconfig entry for this option without any actual moves, then
commit 44c798799f ("sunxi: Use Kconfig CONFIG_MMC") moved
instances only for SUNXI.
We generally do not like such partial moves. This kind of work
is automated by tools/moveconfig.py, so it is pretty easy to
complete this move.
I am adding "default ARM || PPC || SANDBOX" (suggested by Tom).
This shortens the configs and will ease new board porting.

At present only chromebook boards are converted to DM video. Other
x86 boards are still using the legacy cfb_console driver. This
switches to use DM version drivers.

There are quite a number of BayTrail boards that uses an external
SuperIO chipset to provide the legacy UART. For such cases, it's
better to have a Kconfig option to enable the internal UART.
So far BayleyBay and MinnowMax boards are using internal UART as
the U-Boot console, enable this on these two boards.

SeaBIOS can be loaded by U-Boot to aid the installation of Ubuntu
and Windows to a SATA drive and boot from there. Enable it on all
BayTrail boards.

There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.
Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration:

Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure
this option is not enabled in SPL by this change. Also this option is
enabled automatically in the host builds by defining CONFIG_FIT in the
image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing.

Enabling this function always removes some class of string saftey issues.
The size change here in general is about 400 bytes and this seems a reasonable
trade-off.

Now that we have added MRC cache for Intel FSP and BayTrail codes,
enable it for all BayTrail boards (Bayley Bay and Minnow Max).
Note it turns out that FSP for Intel Atom E6xx does not produce
the HOB for NV storage, so we don't have such functionality on
Intel Crown Bay board.

With multiple microcode blobs included, the generated u-boot-dtb.bin
leaves merely several hundred bytes before the vga bios. Change the
vga bios rom address to make a bigger room for u-boot-dtb.bin.
