Stefan Roese e8d056989a usb: spear: Add support for both SPEAr600 EHCI controllers 
USB EHCI on SPEAr600 has not been tested for a while. The base controller
addresses are missing. This patch adds the defines to the header. And adds
the missing code.

Troy Kisky 127efc4fe8 usb: ehci-hcd: add enum usb_init_type parameter to ehci_hcd_init. 
This paramter will later be used to initialize OTG ports in
host or device mode.
