Simon Glass	b1f17bf5ff	Add strcasecmp() and strncasecmp() strncasecmp() is present as strnicmp() but disabled. Make it available and define strcasecmp() also. There is a only a small performance penalty to having strcasecmp() call strncasecmp(), so do this instead of a standalone function, to save code space. Peter Tyser	819833af39	Move architecture-specific includes to arch/$ARCH/include/asm This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
