78d1e1d0a1 configs: Re-sync almost all of cmd/Kconfig
This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

09f3ca3dd5 arm, powerpc: select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD
We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.

0b4e450556 ARM: atmel: boards: use default CONFIG_SYS_PBSIZE
Entering the maximum number of characters defined by CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE
into the console and hitting enter afterwards, causes a hang in the
system because CONFIG_SYS_PBSIZE is not capable of storing the extra
characters of the error message:
"Unknown command '' - try 'help'".

Use the default CONFIG_SYS_PBSIZE definition from config_fallbacks.h
to solve this problem.

181bd9dc61 kconfig: add config option for shell prompt
Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate
boards globally.

The migration is done as follows:
- Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the
entry moved to their defconfig files.
- Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the
  CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT
right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone.
- This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h
files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and
  includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common,
  ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common.
- Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were
not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that
since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever
  the default is.
- On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some
  <boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common,
  bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and
omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files.
- The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for
  assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT.

be354c1a21 env_fat: use get_device_and_partition() during env save and load
Use get_device_and_partition() is better since:
1. It will call the device initialize function internally. So we can
remove the mmc intialization code to save many lines.
2. It is used by fatls/fatload/fatwrite. So saveenv & load env should
use it too.
3. It can parse the "D:P", "D", "D:", "D:auto" string to get correct
device and partition information by run-time.

Also we remove the FAT_ENV_DEVICE and FAT_ENV_PART. We use a string:
FAT_ENV_DEVICE_AND_PART.
For at91sam9m10g45ek, it is "0". That means use device 0 and if:
a)device 0 has no partition table, use the whole device as a FAT file
system.
b)device 0 has partittion table, use the partition #1.

Refer to the commit: 10a37fd7a4 for details of device & partition string.

e03f316974 Drop support for CONFIG_SKIP_RELOCATE_UBOOT
For ARM systems, before ELF relocation was introduced,
CONFIG_SKIP_RELOCATE_UBOOT coul be used to prevent *COPYING* the
U-Boot image from whereever it was loaded to it's link address
(CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE). The name was badly chosen, as no relocation
was performed at all, it was just a memcpy().

With ELF relocation, this does not work like that any more, and
related boards need to be fixed anyway. So don't keep this relict any
longer.

25ddd1fb0a Replace CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE by auto-generated value
CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.

No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.
