CONFIG_CPU_ARM926EJS was introduced into Kconfig by commit 2e07c249a6
(kconfig: arm: introduce symbol for ARM CPUs).
This commit removes all the defines of CONFIG_ARM926EJS and replaces
the only reference in arch/arm/lib/cache.c with CONFIG_CPU_ARM926EJS.

The Versatiles come up with the primary UART set to ttyAMA0 at
38400 baud, and unless we pass this to the kernel it will assume
it is set to 9600 baud which will be quite awkward for the
terminal, let's try to be helpful and inform the kernel what
setting is used.

This patch provides a support to use buffered writes on flash
for versatile and vexpress boards.

CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.

We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }
in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in
the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its
own table.

Now that none of the core checks CONFIG_NET_MULTI, there's not much point
in boards defining it. So scrub all references to it.

Versatile board is used as example to run u-boot under qemu.
The patch fixes relocation for all versatile boards and adds
a versatileqemu target to be used under qemu.
Patch tested only under qemu, not on real boards.
Tested with QEMU emulator version 0.14.50.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

The CONFIG_CMD_ENV option controls enablement of the `saveenv` command
rather than a generic "env" command, or anything else related to the
environment. So, let's make sure the define is named accordingly.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.
