Modified the mpc5xxx and the ppc4xx cpu to use the generic OHCI driver
...
and adapted board configs TQM5200 and yosemite accordingly. This commit
also makes the maximum number of root hub ports configurable
(CFG_USB_OHCI_MAX_ROOT_PORTS).

Add support for AMCC Sequoia PPC440EPx eval board

- Add support for PPC440EPx & PPC440GRx
- Add support for PPC440EP(x)/GR(x) NAND controller
in cpu/ppc4xx directory
- Add NAND boot functionality for Sequoia board,
please see doc/README.nand-boot-ppc440 for details
- This Sequoia NAND image doesn't support environment
in NAND for now. This will be added in a short while.

Change all '$(...)' variable references into '${...}'

which makes the environment compatible with the hush shell.
WARNING: Support for the old '$(...)' syntax will be
discontinued in a later version.
