The code disabled interrupts in several locations, without re-enabling
them again. Fix this.
While we are at it, also fix a GCC 4.6 build warning:

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

A bug in flash_real_protect() for the Yukon board was fixed by adding
a function that tells if two banks are on one flash chip.
