configure: Remove unused OpenSSL SRTP check.
Discovered while looking at ASTERISK~29684. Usage was removed in change I3c77c7b00b2ffa2e935632097fa057b9fdf480c0. Change-Id: Iaf2f7a16ea5a7eee6375319347e4b40b8e7b10e3
