96a646734f It is no longer required for each module that deals with a channel to call ast_module_user_hangup_all in it's unload function. The loader will automatically perform this action for it.

7562efed2d - Don't check if the list is empty needlessly 
- Don't free structures before calling load_config(), because load_config()
  already does it
- Use the existing functions for freeing the minivm structures instead of
  replicating the code

c72efe27be Mini-voicemail - an embryo for a new voicemail system based on building 
blocks instead of one large monolithic app. Supports multiple templates
and is designed mostly for voicemail delivery over e-mail.

There's a todo with a list of ideas in the source code if you want
to contribute. Feedback is appreciated!
