David M. Lee d1ad4a95f8 ari: Add silence generator controls This patch adds the ability to start a silence generator on a channel via ARI. This generator will play silence on the channel (avoiding audio timeouts on the peer) until it is stopped, or some other media operation is started (like playing media, starting music on hold, etc.). This directory contains the specification for the Asterisk RESTful
API. The API is documented using Swagger[1]. This is used to not only
generate executable documentation pages for the API, but also to
generate a lot of the boilerplate necessary for implementing the API
with Asterisk's HTTP server.
