Possible values are:
"default" - Default GSM alphabet
"turkish" - Turkish alphabet
"spanish" - Spanish alphabet
"portuguese" - Portuguese alphabet
The standard, language-specific alphabets are defined
in 3GPP TS23.038, Annex A. By default, oFono uses
the "default" setting.
