Use open5gs/open5gs and add description of setting APN.type to IPv4 (#414)

* Adopt tutorial format to dockerized VoLTE lab

* Fixed several lines according to Supreeth's feedback

* add PCAP analysis to successful calls

* set APN type to IPv4

* remove redundant APN screenshots
