Ben Hutchings e67cd9e6d2 nouveau: ACPI support is dependent on X86 
The ACPI support code probably wasn't very useful on ia64, and now
depends on mxm-wmi which is definitely x86-only.

Ben Hutchings c5c0944e33 Restore the third version component 
UTS_RELEASE and all the file names still use "3.0.0", which means the
installation commands using a version truncated to two components
fail.  And if we truncate UTS_RELEASE this will break many userland
tools, starting with depmod (!).

- Remove all relations based on the 'major' template variable
- Define 'source_package' template variable and use it in place
  of 'linux-@major@' in linux-patch-debian-<version> description
- Expect only 2 upstream version components if first component is

- Remove the 'major' template variable and 'MAJOR' make variable

experiment rather than a recommendation! SLUB generally has poorer

Ben Hutchings d208418ac3 Disable CFG80211_INTERNAL_REGDB again 
This option would require us to add a regulatory database to the
kernel source.  Since crda and wireless-regdb are now in NEW, let's
not bother with this stopgap.

Ben Hutchings f47e41d214 [i386] Rename '686-bigmem' flavour to '686-pae'; remove '686' flavour. 
For 686-class systems without PAE, the '486' flavour is more efficient
than the '686' flavour due to optimisation for uniprocessor systems.
