Main:
- updated overall code to match the new mail openerp tools
- message_route: after checking the headers to find if the incoming email is a reply in an existing discussion, it checks whether the email is a reply to a private discussion (without model, res_id), based on the message_id of the mail; it then relies on the aliases then fetchmail, as before
- incoming emails and quick posting through Chatter now calls message_post_user_api (based on old message_post_api), that performs some things the composer do on its side (adding recipients of a replied message, cleaning the content)
Misc:
- general: updated modules according to the new tools mail functions
- general: message related to a new app installation now have a comment subtype, meaning they will effectively be pushed
- mail: improved set_message_read, fixed a bug with message_id
- fetchmail: fixed a bug in fetchmail module about non-existing variable
- portal: updated demo data

- add a email_recipients field, that is a field holding a comma separated list of partner_ids; this allows to add partners in the compose wizard that are directly visible in the 'additional contacts' field
- updated EDI templates to use email_recipients instead of email_to
- email_to is kept and is still working; email_to matching partners and email_recipients are concatenated
- slighty improved mail.compose.message form view when email_template is installed
added a test for this upgraded feature

(50%), as disabled input do not generate *any* event. Not default

After a short conversation with fp, al, odo, abo: it seems that it would be nice for usability's sake to remove restrictions on leads deletion, in the CRM module.
This condition on leads' state was introduced several years ago by fp to avoid unfortunate misclicks. It has been followed by another one bypassing the first one in case where the sales team had the allow_unlink flag set.
Since the Delete button has been thrown away in the More menu, it shouldn't get misclicked anymore, preventing damages in the CRM pipe. This will simplify access rights for users: if you want to delete a lead, you can, whatever its state, whatever its sales team.
Access restriction is still possible though by creating a record rule with a domain on the lead.state.

This web revision adds a resize key in the attachment controler to receive resized image when accessing some attachments. This is used for the preview in Chatter, to avoid pre-visualizing the whole images.

[FIX] editable listview @on_write handling in case of @colors
...
the onwrite handler created an "empty" record with no field value
whatsoever, which'd blow up in the py evaluator. As during creation
(edition of a record where all fields are empty) create a record where
all fields are set to ``false`` so rendering works correctly, and wait
for content refresh to get correct data.
Also added a test for @on_write
