extract terms in correct folder
If two addons path have a common part in the folder name (e.g. `/home/alice/dev`
and `/home/alice/devodoo`), the `get_module_from_path` method may match the
wrong folder.
A file `/home/alice/devodoo/bob/models.py` would wrongly match `/home/alice/dev`
path (due to the lack of separator) and the returned module would be `odoo`
(`"odoo/bob/models.py".split('/')[0]`).
In such scenario, the translations of files (code, static folder, report) would
not be included in the exported translation file.
Force the module path to ends with a folder separator to avoid wrong matching.

When a record is exported, an external ID, in the form of __export__.<model>_<id>
is created on this record.
When the translations are generated (e.g. "synchronise terms" wizard), the
translations may be duplicated for records that have been exported. If a
translation is submitted before the export (when the record had no external ID
yet), a new empty translation is created as the module differs in the import.
Creating a new translation may be a problem as the new term (equal to the source
term) will be used as the translation value.

The "Synchronise translation" wizard almost doubles the number of translated
terms in database.
This is due to the loss of the module reference at the synchronisation
(`module_name` is empty as updating all modules)
Only overwrite the module when it is set (default None)

Second part of the patches avoid inserting translations without any module for
locale xml ids.
When exporting the translations, the terms stored in individual files outside of
addons folders (e.g. openerp/models.py) needs to be scanned as well and added in
base translations.
Some folders like osv and report were enough to add these files but with the new
api moving the ORM to openerp folder, a non-recusrive scan needs to be added.

Comments in .po(t) files for translations of type "code" (e.g. field labels)
specify the path to the file containing the translation. This path should be
OS-independent to get the same result whatever the plateform the instance is
running on.

Node content of inherited views using <attribute> tags are added
in the translation terms when syncing the terms.
The fact that the content should be translated or not depends
on the content, or to which attribute it refers.
For instance, string attributes should be translated, but
domains probably not.
But, even for domains, this is possible that it requires a translation
e.g. [('category_id.name', 'ilike', 'Customers')].
This domain is very unlikely to be integrated in the standard source code,
but this is possible to have such a domain in a view customization.
Therefore, we provide the possibility to disable the translation
case by case. Setting translation="off" in the attribute of the node
will prevent to add the node content in the translated terms.

The first term of a po file is a comment for translator e.g.:

This comment is ignored if there is no source and it is the first term of the po
file. The first flage was disabled too late and if the following terms also
started with an empty source (for too long terms), they were skipped as well.
Disable the flag as soon as the condition is evaluated to make sure no
additional terms are ignored. opw 619786
In case of different directory for stroing po and pot files than 'i18n'
(e.g. 'i18n_extra'), a po could be linked to a wrong pot file.
Use the same folder as the po file to look for pot.

Before, all isolated (between xml/html tags) two chars words coming from views were not translated (by choice).
But, for some words, allowing them is useful. For instance, the word 'or' located between two buttons.

Used to be the first line was the CSV headers, the slice was left over after
these were removed from the source data. It probably didn't hurt (only issue
would be if the first module — alphabetically — has a single translatable
term), but it's just as clean not to have that.
Also removed now-unused variable (probably leftover of the CSV thing as well)
For instance, when a context was passed to a method, but no lang was defined in the context, it did not tried to fallback to other places where we could have find the user language.
When the addons_path config contained the
default path, the system was working with
an empty addons_path in the middle of the
other paths. This empty one matched for all
files, making all files appear to belong to
the root path component, e.g. `home` if the
root path is in /home.
Refactored a bit to avoid duplicates and
redundant path calculations.
On Launchpad, as commented on bug 933496, PO entries (and their comments) are
shared between series. This mean that e.g. the 7.0 series can have the wrong
`reference` comments (those beginning with #:) as they would be copied from say
the trunk series. Those `reference` comments are used to import translations
and look them up.
This patch adds a few lines of code to tools.translate so that targets
defined in the POT `reference` comments are used in addition to those from the
PO file.
Also adds a test module to validate the new behavior.

Fixes the translation term import/export logic to
support terms inside QWeb templates.
Refactored a bit the export code so the babel-based
QWeb terms extractor for ./static/src/*.xml files
uses the same logic as the regular extractor for
ir.ui.views with type QWeb.
Server-side QWeb rendering uses a mix of the native
view inheritance mechanism and the template inclusion
(t-call) mechanism. During rendering the translations
are only applied at "template" level, *after* the
view inheritance has already been resolved.
As a result translations are local to a template,
not to the inherited view in which they are actually
written.
In terms of exporting PO[T] files, this is done by
resolving the "root" QWeb template a view belongs
to, and using it as the location of the translated term.
During import there is one extra quirk for QWeb
terms: they need to be linked to the `website` model
rather than the actual `ir.ui.view` model they
are really pointing to, so the rendering phase can
properly recognize them.
Can be defined to False in any model to completely
disable translations for this model, when they are
irrelevant. This is useful e.g. for test classes
that use attributes that would normally be translatable.
A squashed merge is required as the conversion of the apiculture branch from
bzr to git was not correctly done. The git history contains irrelevant blobs
and commits. This branch brings a lot of changes and fixes, too many to list
exhaustively.
