Public methods to accept and reject suggested challenges no longer use parameter user_id, it is replaced by uid
Private methods to accept and reject suggest challenges use superuser_id (person who accept should not have write access to challenges)
Remove old html folder with unused data
When serialising data, skip lines where every goal is reached, this allow to skip these challenges in display method

[IMP] orm._auto_init: avoid copying VARCHAR column when increasing size, alter in-place instead + better temporary names

Historically, we used a copy+rename technique during
table upgrades to alter varchar columns sizes.
This was only necessary to permit downsizing
columns, which we do not want to do anymore (it is
too dangerous, so has to be done explicitly when
required).
Switching to a pure ALTER COLUMN TYPE is simpler
and also much faster for large tables.
Also fixed the inappropriate name used for
temporary columns during column type casting
(which *does* require the copy+rename technique).

There is semantically no reason to publish old
messages, and doing so can be expensive for large
databases. Defaulting new messages to published
makes sense depending on the model on which they
are attached, so it might be better to improve
this as an opt-in handled in create() or
message_post() or via default_* context keys.
