Martin Trigaux faa0df809f [FIX] project_long_term: avoid bad duplication of phases 
When we duplicate a project, the related phases need to be duplicated as well but keeping references between each other.
e.g. 'project 1' with 'phase A' follwed by 'phase B' should become 'project 1 (copy)' with 'phase A (copy)' followed by 'phase B (copy)'.

Olivier Dony 533399ff20 [FIX] project_long_term: quick hacks to avoid crash at project phase creation 
This is broken by design, and crashes now that the
"Day" UOM was renamed to "Day(s)". Needs to be
reviewed correctly, there are other things that
will break.

Fabien Pinckaers 0d2ae40a70 [FIX] Complete refactoring of project_long_term, with following changes: 
do not use resources but users on phases:
     - to be consistent with project members and task responsible
     - if the user is linked to a resource, it uses the calendar of the resource (holidays for example)
  better YML tests
  Complete rewrite of the scheduling mechanism:
    - Schedule phases:
        - write project.user.allocation based on scheduling
        - schedule resources based on members on the project
        - new constraint: force some users on a phase
    - Schedule tasks:
        - set user if no user on task
        - set start and end date
  some useability improvements

We still have to work on better Gantt view but I think the scheduling is
working correctly now.

so this is the equivalent addons fix, removing it everywhere.
