This is an alternative to LodePNG take from http://forge.voodooprojects.org/
which is base on picoPNG C++ wrote by Lode Vandevenne. The same author as
LodePNG.
PicoPNG only support RGBA PNG8
The source code of picopng.c was just adapted to be compliant with C89 and drop
the internal ZLIB support. Coding style untouched.

Upcoming patches will put I2C/SPI on their own busses with
spi_register_driver / i2c_register_driver which will only
be available if the subsystem is enabled. We could provide
static inlines, but it wouldn't make much sense to compile
a spi/i2c driver if the corresponding subsystem is disabled.

The current approach to get the offset between link and runtime address
is fragile. It requires a big fat comment to put no code above it and it
requires an extra linker section. Instead use a small assembler function.

When building a special image from the original (compressed or
not) binary, to not overwrite KBUILD_BINARY.
This allows producing multiple images (such as MLO, UBL, ...)
from the (z)barebox.bin. In the case where no special image is
used, KBUILD_IMAGE is set to KBUILD_BINARY.
