Treewide: remove address of the Free Software Foundation

The FSF address has changed in the past. Instead of updating it
each time the address changes, just drop it completely treewide.

driver: use id as -1 for auto assigned id
...
before if you specify id = 0 the next available id will be taken
otherwise fail if already registered now as in linux we use -1
