bootm has a C API, so the bootm options have to depend on the
option providing the bootm code (CONFIG_BOOTM), not on the
option providing the command (CONFIG_CMD_BOOTM). Fixing the
dependencies makes it possible to fully use bootm from C without
enabling the bootm command support.
This also removes the CMD_ prefix from the options which means
we have to update the defconfigs aswell.

Above the 0x800 offset the manufacturer provides the board type, a serial
number and the MAC as three simple strings. Extract these strings, provide
their value as global variables and set the MAC into the ethernet unit.

This is a limited board support for the Freescale P1010RDB.
The board boots from NOR and output the prompt to the serial port
at 115200 bauds. All 3 Ethernet ports are supported by the gianfar
driver. I2C devices are accessible on both bus and the memory is
initialised by the 85xx DDR driver.

Add support for the Freescale P1022DS. Driver support is limited to:
- I2C
- Ethernet
- Serial
- NOR flash
- PIXIS FPGA
System clock configuration is read from the FPGA but has only been
tested using a 133MHz system clock and 100MHz DDR clock.
Boot arguments are defined in the environment to boot over NFS with
a console configured at 115200 bauds.
Enabling branch prediction is moved from board support to the platform
support for all boards as it is a CPU feature.
Some the code is from U-Boot version git-be937b5.

the UBI device and mount the UBIFS partition. This allows the loading
of firmware images from the NOR flash.

CFI Flash is currently handled outside the mtd layer which makes it
a special case. Integrate it into mtd so that we get rid of this
special status.

This is limited board support for the Freescale P2020RDB in single CPU
mode. The DDR is configured for a memory bus running at 667Mhz.

arch/ppc/Kconfig is reworked to make the configuration environment
architecture neutral. All MPC5200 configuration is moved to the
MPC5200 architecture specific configuration file. These modifications
are reflected in the PCM030 board support.
arch/ppc/Makefile compilation directives are updated in preparation
for the introduction of future cpus/machines.
lib/time.c is moved to the architecture specific directory and the
building instructions updated in the Make files. The file is
cleaned up of unused code.
The definition of L1_CACHE_... is updated and CACHELINE_SIZE is
defined in ppc/include/asm/cache.h for future use by the mpc85xx.
The file mach-mpc5xxx/pci_mpc5200.c and mach-mpc5xxx/start.S are
updated accordingly.
The declaration of search_exception_table is moved in
include/asm/common.h because it is used across architectures.
mach-mpc5xxx/traps.c is also updated to reflect this change.
The definition of exception in asm/ppc_asm.tmpl is updated for future
use by the mpc85xx. The file starts.S in mach-mpc5xxx is updated
accordingly.
