Sascha Hauer 3cfa4bc00c move file helper functions to separate file
We have our file helper functions in several places. Move them
all to lib/libfile.c.
With this we no longer have file helpers in fs/fs.c which contains
the core fs functions and no functions in lib/libbb.c which are
not from busybox.

| Fix reading ext4_extent_header struture on BE machines. Some 16 bit

Sascha Hauer 07f0462a45 fs: ext4: use EXT2_BLOCK_SIZE instead of fs->blksz

Sascha Hauer 400b4e2bb3 fs: ext4: fix "invalid extent block" error
From U-Boot commit:

| Date: Mon Jan 13 12:00:08 2014 +0100
|
| ext4fs: fix "invalid extent block" error
|
| For files where we actually have extent indexes following
|     an extent header (ext_block->eh_depth != 0), the do/while
| loop from ext4fs_get_extent_block() does not select the
| proper extent index structure.
|
| For example, if we have:
|
|     ext_block->eh_depth = 1
|     ext_block->eh_entries = 1
| fileblock = 0
| index[0].ei_block = 0
|
| the do/while loop will exit with i set to 0 and the
| ext4fs_get_extent_block() function will return 0, even if
| there was a valid extent index structure following the
| header.

Uwe Kleine-König 2a644bed63 devfs: partitioning: add new helper devfs_create_partitions
Compared to devfs_add_partition which adds a single partition
devfs_create_partitions creates several partitions at once. One nice
benefit is that this simplifies appending partitions because the start
of the latter partition doesn't need to be specified explicitly.
Also dev_add_bb_dev() is called by the new helper if the bbname is
specified for a partition.

Note that adding partitions is also more flexible now (also via
devfs_add_partition) because negative values for offset and size now
have a proper meaning instead of creating broken partitions.

Sascha Hauer 0b1d85af18 fs: tftp: Fix writing files to tftp
Copying files to tftp is broken since:

| copy_file: Add missing O_TRUNC
|
| Without it, when copying a smaller file over a larger file the

|
| Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>

Since this commit copy_file passes O_TRUNC to open(). This results in the
fs layer calling fsdrv->truncate. tftp returns -ENOSYS here and open returns
with an error. To fix this return 0 for the truncate callback in tftp. Also
enforce the O_TRUNC flag when opening a file for writing on tftp as the files
are always truncated on tftp anyway.

Why BPK and not CPIO or uImage

1) CPIO

cpio does not handle > 4GiB image and does not have any crc checksum

2) uImage

uImage only provide one crc32 for the all data part and only a list of binary
stream with no information about what is what (in multi-image format)

3) BPK

BPK provide a crc32 for the header part and one crc32 per binary stream
so if you does not care of some data you are not force to check them

And you known exactly the binary stream type and for which hw to
use it.

All filesystem drivers which need a backingstore device do the same

This patch fixes this by adding a device to its parents children list in

Sascha Hauer 8d064097eb fs: fix standard zero, full devices
The standard devices are currently broken since they have
the size ~0. As now files use loff_t as file size which is a signed
type the read implementation gets confused and now returns -1.

The current implementation also has the (somewhat theorical) problem
that we do not have real streaming devices, so /dev/zero went out
of zeroes after reading 4GB (or now LLONG_MAX).

This patch introduces a new cdev flag DEVFS_IS_CHARACTER_DEV and a new
file size flag FILE_SIZE_STREAM which makes it possible to create
real stream devices instead.

Sascha Hauer 5f03074ea9 resource: store 'end' instead of 'size' in struct resource
Storing the size instead of the resource end in struct resource was
a mistake. 'size' ranges from 0 to UINT[32|64]_MAX + 1 which obviously
leads to problems. 'end' on the other hand will never exceed
UINT[32|64]_MAX. Also this way we can express a iomem region covering
the whole address space.

In the Kernel the mtd ioctls expect a pointer to the offset, whereas

so align with the kernel and convert it to a pointer to the offset.

Passing a too large size or offset to erase could

    Make errno a positive value

Normally errno contains a positive error value. A certain unnamed developer
mixed this up while implementing U-Boot-v2. Also, normally errno is never

Sascha Hauer b5e5b06d8b Add automount support
This patch adds an automount command which makes it possible
to execute a script when a certain directory is first accessed.
It's the commands responsibility to make this directory available
(bringing devices up and mounting it). This results in automount
support which makes sure that from the shell every file can
be accessed without having to care for device bringup. Bringing
up devices may be expensive (USB, dhcp). The automount support
makes it easy for the environment to bringup devices when they
are actually needed.
