Wolfgang Denk fe126d8b34 Change all '$(...)' variable references into '${...}' 
which makes the environment compatible with the hush shell.
WARNING: Support for the old '$(...)' syntax will be
discontinued in a later version.

wdenk e9132ea94c Clean up the TQM8xx_YYMHz configurations; allow to use the same 
binary image for all clock frequencies. Implement run-time
optimization of flash access timing based on the actual bus
frequency.

wdenk 27b207fd0a * Implement new mechanism to export U-Boot's functions to standalone 
applications: instead of using (PPC-specific) system calls we now
  use a jump table; please see doc/README.standalone for details

wdenk 3b57fe0a70 * Get (mostly) rid of CFG_MONITOR_LEN definition; compute real length 
instead CFG_MONITOR_LEN is now only used to determine  _at_compile_
  _time_  (!) if the environment is embedded within the U-Boot image,
  or in a separate flash sector.

* Cleanup CFG_DER #defines in config files (wd maintained only)
