documentation/yocto-project-qs/yocto-project-qs.xml: update to pre-built
The pre-built section had a couple errors I discovered while trying to verify the 1.1.1 release. One is a wording problem putting the last set of commands into context. the other is that i needed i586 as the expanded environment file in /opt/poky.
