Instead of passing the total RAM size via PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE option,
we should better use imx_ddr_size() function, which automatically
determines the RAM size.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

The driver assumed that I2C1 and I2C2 were always enabled,
and if they were not, then an asynchronous abort was (silently)
raised, to be caught much later on in the Linux kernel.
Fix this by making I2C1 and I2C2 optional just like I2C3 and I2C4
are.
To make the change binary-invariant, declare I2C1 and I2C2 in
every include/configs/ file which defines CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC.
Also, while updating README about CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC_I2C1 and
CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC_I2C2, add missing descriptions for I2C4 speed
(CONFIG_SYS_MXC_I2C4_SPEED) and slave (CONFIG_SYS_MXC_I2C4_SLAVE)
config options.

Detect the SOC and board variant at runtime and change the dtb name,
but not hardcoding the fdt_file env variable.

Some SoCs have more than two I2C busses. Instead of adding ifdef
to the driver, macros are put into board header file where
CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC is defined.

The i.MX6Q/DL sabreauto board has one NAND socket, set the
CONFIG_NAND_MXS and relevant NAND configurations to enable the
MXS NAND flash driver.
Add board level codes to set IOMUX and clock for GPMI-NAND and
BCH module.

On mx6 sabreauto board, there are two USB ports:
0: OTG
1: HOST
The EHCI driver is enabled for this board, but the IOMUX and VBUS power
control is not implemented, which cause both USB port failed to work.
This patch fix the problem by adding the board support codes.
Since the power control uses the GPIO pin from port expander MAX7310,
the PCA953X driver is enabled for accessing the MAX7310.
The ID pin of OTG Port needs to configure the GPR1 bit 13 for selecting
its daisy chain. Add a new function "imx_iomux_set_gpr_register" to
handle GPR register setting.

Commit fa9c021632 ("mx6: add example DTB for mx6qsabreauto") introduced
'imx6q-sabreauto.dts' but it adds no real value as the dts file only contains
the 'model' and 'compatible' strings.
After this commit the final binary is also changed from 'u-boot.imx' to
'u-boot-dtb.imx', which may confuse users.
So revert it until a more complete and useful device tree could be provided.

Previously, only host1 was supported using an index of 0.
Now, otg has index 0, host1 is 1, host2 is 2, host3 is 3.
Since OTG requires usbmode to be set after reset, I added
CONFIG_EHCI_HCD_INIT_AFTER_RESET to nitrogen6x.h and
mx6qsabreauto.h.
I also added a weak function board_ehci_power to handle
turning power on/off for otg.
Type is type of device connected (USB stick vs Host.)
Init is type of device desired.
Only power up port if type == init == USB_INIT_HOST.
Only return error if type != init.

The SabreSD platform is available with i.MX6Q or i.MX6DL. This patch adds the
support of the i.MX6DL. The config file and the board directory are renamed
to remove the reference to the MX6Q.

This issue is caused by the incorrect usage of CONFIG_SYS_MMC_ENV_PART.
CONFIG_SYS_MMC_ENV_PART should be used to specify the mmc partition that stores
the environment variables.
On some imx boards it is been incorrectly used to pass the partition of kernel
and dtb files for the 'mmcpart' script variable.
Remove the CONFIG_SYS_MMC_ENV_PART usage and configure the 'mmcpart' variable
directly.

The on-board number of available usdhc devices is something board
specific. The patch moves CONFIG_SYS_FSL_USDHC_NUM out of
mx6qsabre_common.h and adds usdhc2 and usdhc4 support for mx6qsabresd
board.
To keep the default mmc device for environment same as before (usdhc3),
it moves CONFIG_SYS_MMC_ENV_DEV out of mx6qsabre_common.h and changes
it to 1 for mx6qsabresd.
