kconfig: Fix compiler warning
gcc-4.9 is too silly to recognize that *jump cannot be used uninitialized and issues a warning. Explicitly initialize *jump to avoid the warning. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
