Wolfgang Denk fe126d8b34 Change all '$(...)' variable references into '${...}' 
which makes the environment compatible with the hush shell.
WARNING: Support for the old '$(...)' syntax will be
discontinued in a later version.

wdenk 101e8dfa2a Fix timer code for ARM systems: make sure that udelay() does not 
reset timers so it's save to use udelay() in timeout code.

* Enable long help on CMC PU2 board;
  fix reset issue;
  increase CPU speed from 179 to 207 MHz.
