The omap3 and omap4/am33xx spi cores differ in the offset of the
registers in the address space. Instead of encoding this into the
resources use the platform_device_id mechanism. This is done in
preparation for devicetree probe support where the address space
is in the devicetree and can't be adjusted.

This patch removes the call of the cpu_is_* functions completely
and uses id_tables instead.

Added device register functions and cpu_is_am33xx()
function.
Adapted the i2c-omap driver. AM335x has a lower
clock rate and the timeout of polling the isr function
had to be increased.
Based on a patch from Shravan Kumar <shravan.k@phytec.in>.

This adds a function to register the cpws device and another one
to register the MAC addresses provided by the am33xx.

The am33xx hsmmc controller is actually a omap4 type controller which
means that it has a 0x100 offset in the registers.

Only the OMAP4 has a register offset of 0x100 in the register space. Fix
this by using the device id mechanism. This became broken when the device
register convenience functions were introduced.
