Ben Hutchings ae5e9182c1 Update feature patch format 
Use git mailbox format with the added line 'commit <id> upstream', as
in the stable series.

Where a patch has been committed upstream unchanged except for the
commit message, use the committed version.

This covers almost all features aside from aufs2, speakup, openvz,
vserver and xen-pvops.

Ben Hutchings c9dc94dae3 [x86] Re-enable rt2860sta and rt2870sta drivers (Closes: #576723) 
The firmware-loading patch needs to remove 'depends on BROKEN'.  I
forgot to include this when I updated it for 2.6.33 based on the patch
accepted upstream.

fix orig generation
* rediff various staging Kconfig and firmware patches
* rt3090 is gone

nuke evident stable, stable merged, sfc features and
MODULE_FIRMWARE (hopefully all merged ;) patches.
fix speakup patch to apply to latest staging.
auffs needs newer tree and maybe we can get rid of it postsqueeze,
so didn't try at all, just nuked.
disable vserver again for now.
merged all series file into base.

TODO: still a some stray patches, but not that urgent..

Remove a whole load of patches accepted into this release.

Replace the ALPS 4-directional button patch with a minimal version
that applies on top of 2.6.32.7.

Fix conflict between 2.6.32.7 and vserver in kernel/sched.c by moving
a declaration.

(this will make porting next git patch less fun too)
also it seems that that another broadcom driver adds yet another firmware..
on the good news side nuke our older ath5k and at76 backports!

apply the git patch first to get a change to see what conflicts later.
big forward porting of scripts-kconfig-reportoldconfig.patch
arm disabling of ath5k no longer applies, disabled for now.

Gordon Farquharson 16b3d949d5 * Revert back to Christian Hohnstaedt's ixp4xx NPE driver (Krzysztof's 
driver does not currently achieve achieve the performance that
Christian's does, and it is unlikely that Krzysztof will have the time
to work on his before 2.6.22 is released).
* Rename MAC patches to match names in nslu2-linux repository and
refresh these patches to apply with the GPIO patch. The mac patches can
be replaced with the new ones when Krzysztof's driver is developed
further.

Steve Langasek 6802c6e234 [alpha] add isa_page_to_bus and isa_bus_to_virt defines to complement the 
existing isa_virt_to_bus define; untested, but these should all be
straightforward on alpha and defining them is certainly a better option for
getting user feedback than disabling the affected drivers.

Sven Luther 3047145cb4 Cleaned powerpc patches, re-added those that are needed, and removed the single not needed one. 
Cleaned the fs-asfs patch.
Added support for the genesi/efika board, patches scheduled for merge in 2.6.20.
Note: the 0002-Add-USB-OHCI-glue-for-OpenFirmware-devices.diff patch seems a bit ugly,
and may have an impact on modular usb/ohci build. I am monitoring for fixes of this problem, 
but if one doesn' t come soon, it should be disabled for 2.6.19 or 2.6.19-rc6 uploads.
