The roundup_pow_of_two function is making use of __roundup_pow_of_two
when the call to __builtin_constant_p fails, which is not implemented in
barebox.
Copied the code from Linux log2.h header.

There is no need to set again default values in /env/config
because they are already set in /env/bin/init,
that allows /env/config-board to change those default values
without being overwritten by /env/config.

The lowlevel code is expected to be present only ONCE
in PBL is enabled otherwise in barebox
This fix the module support with PBL and allow to reduce the size of barebox
by drop the lowlevell init in barebox as the compiler does not discard it

Add pread and pwrite functions.
Split read and write functions to save some space.
The functions pread and pwrite saves and sets the file
position to a given offset and restore them afterwards.
This also makes the nandtest command use these function
which is necessary to not break compilation for the nandtest
command.

Having the board config file in /env/init has the problem that
the settings in /env/config are overwritten in the init sequence.
This moves the config-board files to /env/ and sources them explicitly
from /env/bin/init before sourcing /env/config

device_platform_driver() - Helper macro for drivers that don't do
anything special in module registration. This eliminates a lot of
boilerplate. Driver registration will called on device_initcall.

Change getopt optstring parameter type to const char *.
Also change type to const char * of tmp variable which
pointed to optstring. This will only handle readonly.

This patch add getopt to the command list if it enabled via
Kconfig. With this patch we get a 'command not found' error.

Due to a hw bug do not enable teh Asym_Pause.
Otherwise if you ser the bit 11 in 4h you will have to unplug
and replug the cable to make the phy work.

the mininal tx ring size is 2 as if one we wrap on the same descriptor
and can cause IP lock on GEM (gigabit version) this is always the case

HAVE_CONFIGURABLE_MEMORY_LAYOUT was first meant as a feature, now it's a
feature to remove it. barebox on ARM now completely uses the memory passed
in from the lowlevel code and configures the malloc area and stack space
during runtime making it obsolete to hardcode these values.

Defining STACK_BASE and MALLOC_BASE only makes sense when
either CONFIG_MEMORY_LAYOUT_DEFAULT or CONFIG_MEMORY_LAYOUT_FIXED
is set, so use separate #ifdefs instead ot #if/#else

This optionally enabled the MMU in the PBL or during early startup for
the non PBL case. The regular MMU init code will pickup the already enabled
MMU later. This might complicate debugging early code, so this has been
made optional.

Move early mmu code to a separate file so that it can be
used from the pbl and the regular image. Disabling the mmu
can be dropped since the regular mmu code is now able to
pickup an enabled mmu.
