enum imx_spi_devtype is used as index into an array of controller types.
This makes the controller type handling unnecessarily complicated. Just
drop the enum and instead of an array use different statically initialized
structs and referene them by name.

i2c/spi devices in the devicetree often come with a "vendor,device"
comaptible string. These do not match in barebox, so add a
device_match_of_modalias function which does exactly that.

The omap3 and omap4/am33xx spi cores differ in the offset of the
registers in the address space. Instead of encoding this into the
resources use the platform_device_id mechanism. This is done in
preparation for devicetree probe support where the address space
is in the devicetree and can't be adjusted.

When probing spi bus masters from devicetree they got a bus_num
of -1. This works with a single bus master only since all bus masters
had the same bus_num. Detect this and dynamically assign a valid
bus_num.

MXS specific devices have some common infrastructure in the kernel
known as STMP devices. We have the same in barebox, but with a
mxs_ prefix instead of a stmp_ prefix. As some STMP devices are
also found on i.MX6 move the common infrastructure out of MXS
specific files and use the stmp_ prefix.
This is done in preparation for i.MX6 NAND support.

This adds support for the SPI controller found on Marvell MVEBU SoCs
(Dove, Kirkwood, Discovery Innovation, and Armada 370/XP). Current driver
is DT only. Compatible strings are provided for Orion (common denominator),
Armada 370/XP and Dove SoCs.

This creates a Linux OF API compatible counterpart of of_get_named_gpio_flags.
Existing of_get_named_gpio is converted to a static inline function, which is
in the corresponding of_gpio.h include. While at it, drivers/of/gpio.c is
also renamed to drivers/of/of_gpio.c to follow the of_ prefix naming scheme.
The new include is also added to existing users of of_get_named_gpio.

dev_add_child is a very unsafe function. If called multiple times
it allows setting the same device to different parents thus corrupting
the siblings list. This happens regularly since:

This patch fixes this by adding a device to its parents children list in
register_device so that dev_add_child is no longer needed. This function
is removed from the tree. Now callers of register_device have to clearly
set the parent *before* registering a device.

This patch adds a SPI bus on which the SPI devices and drivers register.
This makes it cleaner as SPI devices won't accidently end up probed by
a platform_device driver.

The i.MX5 does not have a valid function to get the spi clock. This
patch introduces a function for i.MX6, and moves the bogus spi clock
speed to the speed-imx5*.c. Not nice, but preserves the current status
quo for i.MX5

Without this i.e. the m25p driver is not working properly.
Its used to calculate the return value of the read/write function of
some devices. If the value is missing, barebox would always
miscalculate the next transfer sizes.

The Linux kernel says (spi.h) :
* All SPI transfers start with the relevant chipselect active. Normally
* it stays selected until after the last transfer in a message. Drivers
* can affect the chipselect signal using cs_change.
*
* (i) If the transfer isn't the last one in the message, this flag is
* used to make the chipselect briefly go inactive in the middle of the
* message. Toggling chipselect in this way may be needed to terminate
* a chip command, letting a single spi_message perform all of group of
* chip transactions together.
*
* (ii) When the transfer is the last one in the message, the chip may
* stay selected until the next transfer. On multi-device SPI busses
* with nothing blocking messages going to other devices, this is just
* a performance hint; starting a message to another device deselects
* this one. But in other cases, this can be used to ensure correctness.
* Some devices need protocol transactions to be built from a series of
* spi_message submissions, where the content of one message is
* determined by the results of previous messages and where the whole
* transaction
* ends when the chipselect goes intactive.
In other words, cs_change changes the default chipselect *behavior*.
Support of cs_change is necessary to implement the mci spi driver.
This patch also fix few things:
Passing the bus number to the brand new master device.
Disable chipselect during master->setup.

During the creation of a new spi device, we need to
have the possiblility to give the bits_per_word value
to master->setup.
As a matter of fact, spi master could check the spi
device bits_per_word and compare this value against its
capabilities.
