asm/hardware.h does not have any content except including mach/hardware.h.
include mach/hardware.h directly where needed and get rid of asm/hardware.h

today the timer rate is hardcoded to 6MHz which is wrong the PIT rate is MCK / 16

on at91sam9 you need to shutdown the sdram/ddr controler before reseting
when you boot from nand

this instead of asm/io.h throughout the tree.
