Add a C interface to set and get the bootsource instance:
int bootsource_get_instance(void);
void bootsource_set_instance(int instance);
Also export the shell variable "bootsource_instance".

This patch seperates the imx independent from the arch independent code. The
following functions and enums are renamed:
- imx_bootsource() -> bootsource_get()
- imx_set_bootsource() -> bootsource_set()
- enum imx_bootsource -> enum bootsource

Rename the barebox_loc environment variable to bootsource, since
- barebox_loc is a mixture between abbriviation and fulltext which is not nice
- technically it describes the source the SoC has booted from. This is not
necessarily barebox but could also be some other first stage loader.

as we use a full buffer no need to check the SOF
and reset the rx_tail
fix at the same time the gem detection so we can have the rx_buffer
allocated correctly according to the IP

This patch fix chipidea-imx usb initialization.
"imx_chipidea_port_init" was moved before PORTSC setup in the
commit "USB i.MX chipidea: implement post init support". This
change breaks usb function with ULPI. Patch moves port initialization
back after PORTSC setup, so it works again.

__pr_printk is a define which uses a local variable 'ret'. This
means that whenever someone does a pr_*("ret: %d\n", ret);
ret will be 0.
Fix this by writing this without a local variable.

This allows to boot a sequence of boot entries until one succeeds.
boot sources can be passed in $global.boot.default, which is now treated
as a list. Also a list of boot entries can be specified as arguments
to the boot script. The entries can be:
- a plain filename from /env/boot/
- a full path to an arbitrary file
- a directory containing boot entries
With this this command:
boot net nand-ubi /env/boot.d
would first use the /env/boot/net entry, if this fails the /env/boot/nand-ubi
entry and if this also fails the files from /env/boot.d/ (which could also
be links to boot scripts)
To make the above the default, global.boot.default would be specified as:
global.boot.default="net nand-ubi /env/boot.d"

When the board is booted from NAND we have to setup the iomux to
make the SD card work. Unfortunately this still is not enough :(
The SD card still will only work when booting from it.

Since recently we check for the page being written for not being
empty and do not actually write it when it is. This fails for a
freshly created flash bad block table when all blocks are good.
In this case the bbt code will try to write an empty page, but
with the BBT marker in OOB. This page never gets written, so the
BBT code will not find a bad block table during next start up and
writes it again. Fix this by checking if we want to write OOB data,
if we do, then write the page, even if the data is empty.

Support for ext filesystems has been introduced recently. We can now
boot directly from our rootfs, loading the kernel and device tree
images from /boot.
