Remove confusing macros that hide the real functions names
...
This feature is provided, to support more than u-boot-v2. But its more
confusing than helpful. Remove it and do it straight forward like all other
sources in this tree, too.

Move private settings and configuration into the C source
...
Include the board config first to be able to configure the memory management
in the documented way. If not used, the defaults are used.
On the other hand, there is no need to pollute the other source files with
these local management settings. So, move them from the header into the
C source file.

i.MX flash header: make it work on i.MX35

The flash header is used on different i.MXs other than the
i.MX25, so rename it. Also, add a possibility to put a flash
header on different offsets (0x100, 0x400 and 0x1000), needed
for different boot mediums.

the Linux Kernel gadget API. Along with this patch
comes driver support for the Freescale (arc) USB OTG
Core and USB Device Firmware Update (DFU)
The serial gadget support is not working at the moment.

If a NIC's MII isn't connected to a PHY but directly to a switch port,
the switch doesn't sent a link signal to the NIC. (Because strictly
speaking, there isn't any ethernet link at all.)
This patch adds a force link feature to the phy, to cope with this
situation.

Some devices, especially the ones doing DMA should be disabled before
giving control to an OS. We take the simple approach here: Just shutdown
the devices in the reverse order they were activated.

ARM bitops: fix for arm arch < 5

The correct bitops implementation depends on __LINUX_ARM_ARCH__ being
set. We do not currently support this variable. Change the default case
to < armv5, so that we do not end up with clz instructions in v4 code.
This is actually a workaround, the correct solution is to set
__LINUX_ARM_ARCH__ correctly.

[ARM] Remove CONFIG_ARCH_NUMBER from Kconfig system. Putting too many

values into kconfig which are not user configurable at all only
encourages people to put even more stuff in there. This is not
good because people tend to have board patches lying around and
these patches won't apply regularly if they all change the same
file (arch/arm/Kconfig)
Instead, introduce a function armlinux_set_architecture() which
everyone can call during board setup.
Similarly introduce armlinux_set_bootparams() for the boot
parameter pointer.
