This allows for creating a pre-bootloader binary for
- nand boot
- mmc boot
- compressed image
The pbl will be incharge of the lowlevel init if needed.
The barebox will skip it.
Import string functions from linux 3.4 (arch/arm/boot/compressed/string.c) and
implement a dummy panic.
For now on introduce dummy zbarebox* targets and c code that will contain later
the decompressor. This only implemeted on ARM.

This shrinks the resulting binary size by ~25%. Exceptions
are still handled in arm mode, so we have to explicitely
put .arm directives into the exception code. Thumb-2 mode
has been tested on i.MX51 Babbage board.

The S3Cxxxx family consists of ARMv4, ARMv5 and ARMv6 types of CPU cores. The
S3C24xx sub family is only one of it. To be able to handle all CPUs in one mach
directory, use a more generic name for it.

On several boards without MMU support the vectors cannot be mapped
to 0x0 and exception support is nonfunctional anyway, so make this
configurable.

We never supported the sigmatel stm chips and probably
never will. So do the first step and rename the architecture
to mxs just like in the kernel.

This patch adds genetic GPIO support to all S3C2440 processor based systems.
Also it adds definitions to setup the pin multiplexer in a way the other
architectures do.
Note: Tested on a S3C2440 based system only. But should work on an S3C2410, too.

These CPUs are called "i.MX", but they are of type STM378x from SigmaTel. They
do not share any devices with the other i.MX CPUs, so we need a separate
architecute directory to handle them without an ifdef hell in the native i.MX
files.

The generic A9M2440 comes in many SDRAM variantes. Two GPIO pins describing
the populated SDRAM devices. This patch adds some code to query the setting
and setup a correct SDRAM configuration out of four possible variants.
Due to the lack of hardware the 16 MiB and 128 MiB case is untested yet.
Due to the 32 MiB configuration we must link the u-boot-v2 always to
address 0x31fc0000. Even for the 64 MiB and 128 MiB configuration.

CPUIMX27 is built around Freescale's i.MX27 and has up to 64MB of
NOR Flash, up to 512MB of NAND Flash and up to 256MB of mDDR,
it includes an ethernet PHY in MII mode, an I2C RTC and a
ST16554 QuadUART on nCS3.

We used to initialize the PLLs on PCM038 in two
steps. The first was to initialize a basic setup
so that all peripheral clocks run at their final
speed and the second step was to push the processor
to full speed after the PMIC has been initialized
for the higher voltage.
Do this in one step instead to get an easier setup.

Memory layout can now be specified via kconfig options. Two
possibilities exist: default layout means the layout is stack
/ malloc heap / U-Boot. The user can also specify fixed addresses
for each TEXT_BASE / stack / malloc heap.
as we rather use positive logic. Make it dependent on boards that
have it rather than on ARM

values into kconfig which are not user configurable at all only
encourages people to put even more stuff in there. This is not
good because people tend to have board patches lying around and
these patches won't apply regularly if they all change the same
file (arch/arm/Kconfig)
Instead, introduce a function armlinux_set_architecture() which
everyone can call during board setup.
Similarly introduce armlinux_set_bootparams() for the boot
parameter pointer.
a generic linker script to arch/arm/lib/u-boot.lds.S.
If a board wants to overwrite a linker script it can do
so using CONFIG_BOARD_LINKER_SCRIPT.
There is no generic linker script for ppc and blackfin
yet, so still use the board specific one.
This patch makes TEXT_BASE a consistent per-arch config switch.
Additionally, it converts all TEXT_BASE occurences from string to hex.
