[FIX] registry: avoid discarding registry or cache when the registry is fresh

When the sequence value is 1 it means that either:
- the registry was just instantiated, so there is no
reason to reload it immediately, the real checks will
start at next request
- the db was just created with new sequences set to 1,
so there has been no change to reload
In both cases there is no good reason to reload the
registry, and it is actually a performance killer,
especially for cron workers that keep iterating on
the list of databases.

[FIX] ir.mail.server: improve support for user names with emails

The previous fix in revision 5072 only allowed user names
that contained the exact same emails, but users will do
the wildest things like having `someone@domain.com` as
name but setting their email to `someone@domain2.com`.
This was blocked by our sanity check looking for a single
email in the From header. As this check is only done
in order to provide a better error message, it should
not impact valid cases.
Modifying the check to pass when at least one email
was found should be enough to catch most invalid cases,
without requiring a more advanced analysis of the
header value (the RFCs allows very strange things!)

[FIX] ir.ui.view: properly validate newly created inheriting views
...
When a new inheriting view is imported during a module
installation, it is validated thanks to the _constraints
on the ir.ui.view model. However the validation uses
a rather convoluted system for validating the whole
view tree at once (root view + all inherited changes)
while only taking into account the views that belong
to modules that are currently loaded.
This complicated system is necessary to be able to
operate on-the-fly at any point during the registry
loading/initialization.
Now because _constraints are checked during create()
this particular validation happens *before* the
external ID (ir.model.data entry) of that new view
can be created (it obviously needs to wait until
the view record is inserted). As a consequence the
view validation cannot determine the module to
which that new view belongs, and was erroneously
ignoring it.
Changing the view filtering to also include views
that have triggered this check.
Manually created views are not check during registry
update.

In some rare cases the dependencies have changed, and modules that newly depend
on a module that is not installed cannot be loaded on the first pass.
For technical reasons all installed/to upgrade/to remove modules have to be
processed before starting to consider new installations, so this requires
two passes.
In trunk the inner loop inside `load_marked_modules()` will be dropped
because it should be unnecessary.

The ORDER BY clause is expensive but inevitable
if we want to apply a correct LIMIT, otherwise
we would return random `limit` results among
all the possible matches.
The current SQL query seems convoluted due
to the duplicated CASE clause but it
performs slightly better than the equivalent
CTE-based (WITH...) query, so it was preferred.
There is still a chance of returning too
few results due to double limit application,
as further discussed in bug 1203727

[FIX] OPW 592482: browse_record should not prefetch binary fields
...
This was apparently a long-standing issue due to a
strange handling of the _prefetch attribute on
columns: accessing a column would only trigger
the prefetching if its _prefetch attribute was
True, but the prefetching itself would also
prefetch columns that had _prefetch False.
We clearly want it the other way around, or
at least we want _prefetch to decide whether
a column is included in any given prefetching
pass. We can skip the prefetching pass when
the only field being accessed has _prefetch
False because it is likely the other fields
have already been prefetched separately.
This last subtlety should not make any
noticeable performance difference.

[FIX] ir.ui.view: properly validate newly created inheriting views
...
When a new inheriting view is imported during a module
installation, it is validated thanks to the _constraints
on the ir.ui.view model. However the validation uses
a rather convoluted system for validating the whole
view tree at once (root view + all inherited changes)
while only taking into account the views that belong
to modules that are currently loaded.
This complicated system is necessary to be able to
operate on-the-fly at any point during the registry
loading/initialization.
Now because _constraints are checked during create()
this particular validation happens *before* the
external ID (ir.model.data entry) of that new view
can be created (it obviously needs to wait until
the view record is inserted). As a consequence the
view validation cannot determine the module to
which that new view belongs, and was erroneously
ignoring it.
Changing the view filtering to also include views
from unknown modules fixes this transient problem,
and also means that manually created inherited
views will be validated during module init too.

[FIX] res.partner: make use_parent_address field visible if set, even if parent is missing

This should not be needed but in the initial 7.0 branch
the default for use_parent_address was True so it was
set even on partners that had no parent company.
Now that the fields are read-only when that option
is enabled, it makes the address impossible to
edit. At least by making it visible we give the
user the opportunity of fixing it manually.
Can also be fixed at once with a single SQL
query:
UPDATE res_partner set use_parent_address = false
WHERE parent_id IS NULL;

[FIX] res.partner: search using 'child_of' should include inactive children
...
This is necessary for 2 reasons:
- when searching on Business documents the search domain will be
[('partner_id', 'child_of', 'ACME')] in order to match all
descendants, and it must match inactive children as well
- in other cases like for resolving IDs to update via store
triggers, it is necessary that 'child_of' returns inactive
children too.
The implementation is tricky because the ORM automatically
transform 'child_of' domains into recursive searches with
[('parent_id', 'in', ids)], which is the same query that the
reverse one2many 'child_ids' will also use to find contacts.
The overridden search() therefore matches this domain pattern
only when there is one criterion (to avoid side-effects in
other cases) and a dummy extra 'domain' was added to the
definition of the 'child_ids' o2m so it won't match.
The net result is that child_ids will not return inactive
children while child_of will return all descendants when
it is the only criterion. This is the expected behavior
whenever child_of is used on res.partner, because
it's safer to always show business documents.
The only side-effects will be for custom/manual search
calls with a single criterion of the form ('parent_id','in', x)
and those can be fixed by adding an extra domain
component ('active','=',True), just like child_ids does.
